Computers are fixed within 24 hours provided there is no extra software or hardware needed to complete the job. In the case that hardware or software is required you will be inform of such requirements. Once the material needed to complete the job is acquired, the work will be done within 24 hours.

Your not just another number at Robin's Den as I care about both you and your computer. You will be treated in a friendly manner and your computer will be cared for.
Services Provided
Services are provide are for both laptops and desktops. You may choose between bringing your computer directly to my location or having me go to you. It is to your benefit to bring the computer or laptop to me for several different reasons but mostly because it is simply cheaper for you. This also allows for extra time to fix the problem as is some times the case. All problems are different. Some are solved in seconds and others can take 3 or 4 hours of work.
