Working hours
You can email 24/7 365 days a year and 366 if it's a leap year. You will receive a response to your inquiry with in 24 hours. Working hours depend mostly you. If you need service work at night, this can be arranged. The same is true during the day. The only times I don't work are on holidays such as Christmas day or other national holidays.
Hours available for computer lessons
Computer lessons are best conducted during the day as it is when you are most likely to absorbed the information your trying to learn. Email and we can make arrangements for the computer lessons. Also provide the information as to what you are looking to learn in your email.
Service Calls
Service calls are obtainable so long as you have free parking. Service calls very in cost according to where you live in relation to my location. The minimum for a service call is $10.00. For a cost you will need to provide your address. The only added expense to a service call is if a ferry to get to your location. $25/hr is my going rate once I arrive + the service call.
Standard Rates
Standard Rates are not available, however no repair will exceed $140.00. Note this dose not include the cost of a service call or hardware / software if needed. These costs are over and above the $140.00.
In Shop Computer Repairs
The cost for bringing your computer or laptop directly to me for repair is $15.00 per hour.
Computer Lessons
Computer lessons can be anything from learning how to use a computer program to being able to have a better grasp on using the computer it's self. All ages are welcome. This service is $20.00 per hour.
Electronic Help
To qualify for this service you must have a pay-pal account to be able to pay for my the services rendered. The going rate for this service is $20.00 per hour.
